Staff informed me of protocol for calling to make an emergency appointment. I was able to get an appointment the next morning. Medical staff and Dr. Charron were aware of my emergency. We discussed recent medical and ER visits, results, and treatment plan. I was referred for imaging. I was able to follow-up with mychart to communicate with Dr. Charron for follow-up. I'm extremely grateful for the response time and treatment plan. Thank you Kadlec and Dr. Charron
