I give Dr. Charron excellent ratings. But lately I have had a couple of phone encounters with MA's who were not very pleasant or they were just very short on the phone.

Staff informed me of protocol for calling to make an emergency appointment. I was able to get an appointment the next morning. Medical staff and Dr. Charron were aware of my emergency. We discussed recent medical and ER visits, results, and treatment plan. I was referred for imaging. I was able to follow-up with mychart to communicate with Dr. Charron for follow-up. I'm extremely grateful for the response time and treatment plan. Thank you Kadlec and Dr. Charron
