MA was very cold unattentive. Dr. Bunch did not greet me. She was harsh and said I do not see problems from another Dr. My plastic surgeon wanted an ASAP appointment with Dr. Bunch because of open abscesses on my right quadrant of my R breast where I had a mastectomy. Had been diagnosed with Staphylococcus Aureus. By my Primary Dr. Dr. at Nuvant Lakeside Primary had Cultured and put me on Keflix 500 3 times a day. Dr. Bunch was not kind or caring. Dr. had not reviewed my patient file that contained updated test results prior to appointment. Dr. spoke to patient using medical terms, with little explanation when asked. Nurses took more time listening and asking question than Dr.
