I had surgery in early February after a bad fall smashed my tubular plateau. By mid May I was able to hike 5 miles and now in August I rode my bike 47 miles in one day with no pain! Dr Bruggers did an amazing job! I did see her several times but who cares if I see her if she can do that kind of job!
