Dr.Brown is absolutely amazing! If I could give 100 stars I would.
Jennifer Brown (practices at White Oaks as a nurse practitioner) had been seeing me for a couple of years. All was fine until she wrote a vague Rx that CVS had issues understanding her directions but they simply gave me how they thought she wrote it. It took 3 more months before the repercussions would be exposed. Just so happens my insurance only pays for a 90 day supply. Should NOT even give them 1 star. Horrible office staff!!! And lack of customer service when medication is needed. I’ve gone to this office for years & COMPLETELY regret it!!!!! Do NOT waste your time! Find a different provider that has professional office staff!!
