Flawless. Purchasing a home has a lot of moving parts, and lots of other parts required constant attention, cajoling, and pushing from us. Not the mortgage. Working with Jennifer I knew she was absolutely keyed in and 100% on top of it. Since a mortgage is a fairly one-and-done process (at least for many years!) it's easy to assume your broker is the best without any reasonable comparator.
