I went to her first however what I needed was a visit to urgent care
Jenny is sincerely the best PCP. I had the same PCP over 20 yrs and had to switch in 2023 due to insurance change. But Jenny made it seamless. She is warm and knowledgeable, takes time to listen, and is always responsive to my needs, whether it’s a check up, referral, or an email inquiry. Like Jenny, the office personnel are kind and compassionate; they go above and beyond to ensure my needs are met. Exceptional care with this provider.
She's very understanding and knowledgeable on all things regarding LGBTQ+ healthcare! If you're looking for a queer-friendly doctor who actually knows what theyre talking about, definitely see her !
Jennifer Bidey has very poor communication skills, a lack of empathy, & her follow up treatment is unsatisfactory. I would not recommend her as a primary care professional.
