She should communicate better with her staff as to what she has left in a patient she and her nurse left a 4-inch swab in my mother for 5 days before my mother left the procedure room she told the nurse she felt like something had been left inside of her the nurse told her that she had a bladder infection, but you gave her the test before you gave her the procedure, so when she went to check out she was in so much pain she said again, I believe you have left something inside of me the nurse again dismissed her with no concer... read more
Dr. Bickhaus is a wonderful provider. She listens and attempts to understand you concerns. She explains things thoroughly.
My mom was having several bladder:gym issues and everything was great from the office staff to the surgery staff and the Dr . She explained everything in terms that my mom could understand and was patient with all her questions.
She is very thirst and nice and takes time for me helps me when I need and explains things I don’t under stand ,I’d recamend her to every one
