Nathaneil Stephens scheduled a home showing of my house which is for was set for 2:15 PM — a showing that was arranged late the previous evening around 7:30 PM. Unfortunately, Nathaneil did not show up, and worse, never reached out to cancel or notify us that he wouldn’t be coming. We rearranged our day to accommodate this last-minute request, and to be left waiting without so much as a courtesy call or message is simply unacceptable. I had a very disappointing experience with Cindy Sullivan, our realtor during the sell of our home. Throughout the process, I was given inaccurate information regarding commission fees, which led to an unexpected and significant additional payment at closing. I trusted that the information provided was accurate and made financial decisions based on that trust.
