Dr. Bell is phenomenal! She sits and explains everything thoroughly in terms you can understand. She is so knowledgeable, and genuinely caring towards her patients!

I take my Mom to Dr Bell for CHF. She is a caring doctor that takes time with ALL of my Mom's health issues. She talks straight and clear. She shares what's good and bad for my Mom and allows her to make decisions carefully. She also laughs with her. She is one of the best doctors I have seen.
