The doctor should get a 5 star rating, but the billing team gets a zero. My kids and I have been seeing the doctor for years. I have referred to her friends and their kids and all had a great experience. The doctor is pleasant and knowledgeable. My issue is with the billing team. I get a bill that is asking me to pay the whole amount for the visit because the doctor is "Out of Network". Shouldn't the billing team verify that the doctor is in my network? She is in the network. Well, since it's my first time having this procedure done, Microneedling . We'll see what kind of results I get. As far as the service, everything is ok, no complaints.
Being with an HMO, it’s practically impossible to get the procedure that I needed done with most insurers. This office was not only willing to do my procedure, but they were very professional and caring. After two visits, I was able to get things done and move on. This would’ve been difficult had I gone elsewhere. Thank you!
UPDATE: it’s been almost four months now. I still don’t have my meds. I had to go into the clinic today to ask their staff a simple question that could be done over a phone —- where is my med? and they confirmed the fact that there’s NO WAY to contact them unless I come in person, as they use some sort of outsourced call center.
