All the negative reviews are spot on. This doctor comes highly recommended online for acne but it is impossible to reach the office. She is not even seeing patients for acne or medical visits anymore but it hasn’t been removed from her website. When you call, no one picks up and their voicemail directs you to leave an online request but you have to chat online through a bot to leave your info and no one ever responded to mine. I would like to say that at this stage of my life I have had many doctors for my wellbeing. And searching for the right doctor (these days) can consume a lot of time!!! I'm active, healthy and take care of my body and I think it shows thanks to doctors that listen and care about my concerns. Dr. Jennifer Baron is that and more!! She is not only my dermatologist for medical checkups she's on the leading edge of cosmetic procedures. First time doing laser treatment removing dark spots. I'm very impressed with the consultation, the communication during the treatment, gentle laser exposure, and heads up on post treatment expectation. Very excited about the results.
The doctor should get a 5 star rating, but the billing team gets a zero. My kids and I have been seeing the doctor for years. I have referred to her friends and their kids and all had a great experience. The doctor is pleasant and knowledgeable. My issue is with the billing team. I get a bill that is asking me to pay the whole amount for the visit because the doctor is "Out of Network". Shouldn't the billing team verify that the doctor is in my network? She is in the network.
