fantastic, efficient, and thoughtful service. the staff are very welcoming and provide thorough information - they were able to see my pup for his first visit within an hour due to an urgent concern. absolutely recommend this vet!
Dr Howard is so kind hearted and knowledgeable. My dog is anxious and fearful and she is so great with her . All 3 of our dogs have seen her .

We had to wait a while BUT as the woman involved lives in same 55+ Senior Living and I know what happened; I understand you guys had an incident to resolve while Rosie and I waited. From intake to exam I was pleased. Unless there’s some issue that comes up I plan on Crossroads being Rosie’s vet. Found Dr. thorough and helpful; assistants pleasant, very capable.
