Not going to give a 1 star because I don't know but so much about the place but on first impression, it isn't the greatest. The phone number goes to a fax machine after long ringing. I was calling to potentially be a new tenant. Also, it is less than desired when the company doesn't appear to have a webpage. I can't find any info.

These apartments look really great. The lady in the office is very kind and personable. We were not approved for the apartment which was very disappointing. However that does not change the quality of the apartment and the price for them is great. Aside from not getting the apartment I was very pleased with the experience.

Refused to rent to me and my friend who has a 9 year old daughter. Our plan was to rent a 2 bedroom unit and my friend would share a room with her little girl. She would not let us rent the room with that arrangement. She said she would rent to me alone or my friend with her child alone, but that we couldn't share rooms. Someone might want to inform her that goes against Fair Housing laws. If she tries this with anyone else, know your rights. Landlords can not dictate sleeping arrangements in your home.
