I had a good experience. I don't have a relation ship with the doctor yet so I did not give her a 10. It was difficult to schedule an appointment within a normal timeframe but I understand she is very busy and highly sought after.
At this visit, all staff members were kind and helpful. They acknowledged me as a person and as a (nervous) patient. I like this practice and I notice and appreciate their professionalism.
She, and her entire team, were clear, caring, up on my condition, warm, answered all questions, and above all, provided me with a clear understanding of what I am likely to experience with my upcoming complicated surgery.
