I'm at the end of my follow ups. It takes 2 1/2 years after the surgery and I'm there now so during my time of medical care was excellent and I always have great results with the staff and politeness. Great office visit.!
This was a new patient visit. I liked Jennifer Linehan and was very impressed with her. She gave me lots of much needed information and advice.
She seems very sweet and caring.Very busy and overworked. The greatest weakness is the lack of competent staff. Very difficult to make an appointment or contact the office during working hours as the service is often reached. The on call doctor calls after 5 pm even if you call at 9 am if the call goes to the answering service. The RN supervisor of the clinic is very unhelpful and runs the doctor.
