I have come into contact with many doctors throughout my life. I’ve seen both the good and the bad of the healthcare system. And sadly, I can confidently say that my experience with Dr.Feldman has been the worst one yet. Her arrogance, dismissive approach, lack of bedside manner, and condescending tone have led me to leave this review with a 1 star. Dr. J. Feldman saved my Life!
Dr. J. Feldman, 10 stars if it were available. She is AWESOME! Convenience of calling the office, zero Trying to confirm an appointment for the next day, was on hold by the 'machine', had to listen to recorded messages at least 5 times each. When a human answered, the call was disconnected twice before the third time, when I finally spoke with someone!! It took me 32 minutes, holding, listening to recorded messages, over and over, and being hung up on twice, to confirm appointment!
I can not in faith give the one star. I am in seeing a new Dr out of state and now have to have open heart surgery. Every time I said to her about chest pain and shortness of breath and she told me it was in my head. So please do not go to her.
Dr Feldman did an ICD implant placement surgery utilizing the Medtronic Single Lead ICD in May 2016 with great results. Pre op / surgery/ post op was excellent. Healing fast with no bruises. She was thorough in her explanation which gave me confidence in having the procedure done. I would highly recommend her for any surgical procedure.
Dr. Feldman is very knowledgeable and really listens. I have been a patient of hers for at least 20 years and she has taken excellent care of me. Hope to have her for another 20! I highly recommend her.
