Never underestimate a Nurse Practitioner (ARNP). Jennifer listens. She is thorough. She is an excellent provider. And she goes the extra mile. She called me after-hours from home to let me know my labs returned normal just so that I didn’t have to wait too late for results to show on my end via MyChart. She also used the personal phone call to check in with me and ask how I was doing. I have never felt more seen and cared for. I would have felt she provided excellent care had she not called. Jennifer was very attentive and caring and we had an amazing experience with her
I arrived after work and was told about an hour to hour half wait but it didn't feel that long at all, when taken back I was treated as if I was the only patient there, they listened to me and what I needed.
Jennifer was very attentive and caring, despite my arriving very late in the work day. I was in extreme pain and she was diligent in getting me relief and assistance. A very positive experience, all considered!
