A failed vasectomy. Billing us nearly $8k to be paid out of pocket. And two 15 minute procedures that have been an absolute cluster. If you want a vasectomy that works the first time I’d recommend you go somewhere else. If you want to test for 6 months, tell them you need to see Dr Lewe because clearly it didn’t work, to then be offered a “FREE” second vasectomy because “this is rare and we want to fix it” only to find out that no, you actually have to pay for anesthesia, but no one can tell you how much that would be. My PCP recently joined Deaconess/JSMC network. Although this provider is top notch, communication has become horrific. Messages left by phone and the “MyChart” portal go unanswered and seem to be diverted to a black hole. I recently had an annual physical. My insurance pays 100% for an annual physical. JSMC billed for this visit an additional visit on the same day. Billing dept has yet to provide any explanation. Seems to be fraudulent practice. I’ve talked to others who have experienced the same issue.
Went in visitors entrance on Monday late afternoon. Some annoying alarm was going off. We went to visit a family member and when we left an hour later it was still going off - Nice to know they were on top of things. Lol
