Terrible experience! I came & got my nails done for a very special occasion 2 weeks ago. I asked the nail tech why she wasn’t using acrylic & the owner of the salon chimed in saying Gel-X lasts longer. I said ok. Now two weeks later & my nails are lifting because of the Gel-X. I come back to the salon saying my nails with acrylic last longer than Gel-X & yet Jennie gives all of these excuses why my nails are lifting & not offering me any reasonable solutions. I said I won’t ever come back to this establishment.
Love Jennie’s, they always do a fabulous job. Their prices are reasonable in comparison to other salons, especially for how high quality. My nails always last 3 weeks, and you can tell the ladies care about their work. Bonus if you pay in cash!
Loved it what Jennie did with my nails. I just showed Jennie a picture and that was enough to do her magic. Amazed by the service and the cost. I am visiting SF and trusted the reviews for Jennie’s Nails. I specially asked for Jennie as per the reviews. I am sure the other nail techs are equally amazing as what I could see in the store. PS: I asked for Nail Extensions Full Set
