Not sure how I tolerated this place all these years but today was the final straw. Reservations mean absolutely nothing here. Made a 4:15pm appointment, arrived on time, and ended up waiting 45 minutes until I was able to sit down. No explanation from anyone / no courtesy “thanks for waiting.” I always get the very basic regular pedi / gel mani so it’s not like I’m waiting for a specialist or a particular nail artist. I’ve been a loyal customer of Jennie’s and her staff for about 5-6 years now and I haven’t found another nail salon that does it quite like her! Her staff is friendly, hospitable, and dedicated to the art and they deliver every time! I’ve come in with various difficult designs, and at times, ones that are pretty difficult. I really wanted to like this place. I liked the owner and the other employees were super nice and accommodating but the quality of nails was lacking. I have been there twice, both times for full set and pedicures and both times the pedicures were not that great and the full set seemed good but just after a few days my nails would just pop right off.

Terrible experience! I came & got my nails done for a very special occasion 2 weeks ago. I asked the nail tech why she wasn’t using acrylic & the owner of the salon chimed in saying Gel-X lasts longer. I said ok. Now two weeks later & my nails are lifting because of the Gel-X. I come back to the salon saying my nails with acrylic last longer than Gel-X & yet Jennie gives all of these excuses why my nails are lifting & not offering me any reasonable solutions. I said I won’t ever come back to this establishment.

Love Jennie’s, they always do a fabulous job. Their prices are reasonable in comparison to other salons, especially for how high quality. My nails always last 3 weeks, and you can tell the ladies care about their work. Bonus if you pay in cash!
