Awhile back I contacted Jennie from out of state for some showings when I was coming to Cedar City. She totally blew me off, then last minute set me up with another agent in her office, who also blew me off. Since moving to Cedar, I've bought/sold primary residence and two investment properties. She did not make a good impression to me.
When we first visited Cedar City and met Jennie, we had so many questions about the city and locations and she answered all of them making the transition easier, she is knowledgeable and helpful, we appreciate her and highly recommend her services.
Jennie is an excellent realtor. I Googled “homes for sale in Cedar City, Utah” and several of Jennie’s videos on YouTube popped up. After subscribing to her YouTube Channel, it was clear that Jennie is well educated, very knowledgeable about Cedar City and Utah in general, and very personable.
