Dr. Garver seemed wonderful, with a very clear explanation of the surgery. I appreciated her kind and knowledgeable manner. It was my first time seeing her, and I had to wait for almost 2 1/2 hours. I was so irritated that I was in tears by the time I saw her. It was definitely worth the wait, but I think it would be a much better experience if someone had just come out to say “ I’m sorry you’ve been waiting a long time. Dr Garver was great. She took her time and answered all questions I had. Surgery is scheduled for early March. I wish it could be sooner, but it is a good sign that she is so booked.
Initial consult went well. Dr. Graver was very kind and thorough in explaining next steps and what to expect.
