RecommendedI found the staff at Jenni-Lynn warm, helpful, and caring. It’s nice they’re making a lot of renovations to the building, but it is much more important the staff seems to like what they do and care for the residents like family.
The staff are amazing. I am very pleased with the facility. They make it feel like home. It is nice, clean.
As the new Executive Director, I’m thankful every day for the opportunity to work for such a wonderful company. The management team is awesome, very dedicated to residents and community. There are many long term employees, including managers, who have been with the company for many years, 15+ to 22+, which says a lot, especially when your seeking continuity of care for your loved one. My mother is a difficult person but they work with her daily and she just loves being there. Kudos to the whole staff.
I use to work there I loved it at first then after that I started seeing nothing but favoritism and negatively Going on. Mangers have there pick and choose and they are some Good liars. It was told that I was terminated from he say she say but Didn't have actual proof. so they Decided to let me Go anyway because I believe that's what they attentions was after i came back from having surgery anyway.
The new activities director is doing some amazing things , I haven't seen this much activities going on with the residents for a long time . Keep up the good work young lady .
I love the residents there. But their employees should be paid more. That's just my opinion.
Headed by a new manager since April, things are definitely on the upswing here. Biggest complaint from residents is the food, which should improve with the newly hired kitchen manager.
