I wanted to share my experience with agent Margaret Young. From the beginning of our conversation, I found the interaction abrupt and unfriendly. I contacted her regarding a long-term rental and requested a showing. She explained that the unit was rented for part of the year, but I was left confused about its availability. This was our first time working with a property manager and Jennette Properties , specifically Roxanne Klopp has been wonderful. Roxanne made the process to rent our condo seamless and was always very helpful and professional. I would recommend her services to anyone who is considering using a property manager for their home.
