This was our first time working with a property manager and Jennette Properties , specifically Roxanne Klopp has been wonderful. Roxanne made the process to rent our condo seamless and was always very helpful and professional. I would recommend her services to anyone who is considering using a property manager for their home.

This was our first experience renting while looking for a property to purchase in Sarasota. Our agent was Alison Hunter and from our very first encounter to our last, she was amazing! Alison responded the same day to any requests or issues (minor) we may have had. If service was needed, she made sure to have someone at the property sometimes the same day. My experience with Jennette Properties has been great. My agent is Bridget Genett and she is always super quick to repond to any issues or questions I have. I never have to worry about getting anything scheduled with contractors, she is on top of it! Thanks for all your help Bridget!

Bridget Gennett was an absolute pleasure to work with! She is the leasing agent on a rental that we just took possession of. During the initial viewing, we discussed a few terms of the lease that didn't work for us. She didn't promise anything, but also didn't rule it out. She called us before we even got home to say the owner would be open to revising the terms. She was very communicative and helpful! She did her job and did it well!

I ONLY have had GOOD experiences with Jennette Properties, and specifically, with the agent named Bridget Gennett. She has helped me rent our Siesta Key condo on multiple different occasions to well qualified, responsible, desirable annual tenants.
