Rented through this agency for 10 years and they never even publicly reported the rental. And finding records internally was just as hard. Made it almost impossible to find a new place. Mike was never available to verify information and never made the necessary information available inside their own company for other agents to assist either. Never got anything fixed. Bad management of my condo.
Staff does not respond in timely manner and does not check on work of cleaningstaff. Found pile of garage i.e candywrappers Shoes other lange pieces of paper etc from 2 renters ago and a brocken taped together lamp. Answer as to why this was missed was that she does Not bend down to check or check lamps.
