I should have read the reviews before working with them. The owner of the company actually tried to break into our unit during the hurricane!!! Thank God we had cameras and threatened to call the police on him. Now they hold our deposit as if you read their reviews many people say they are a scam!! I would not recommend them when there are solid companies like Michael Saunders and zillow. Very unprofessional and the owner tried to break into our home during our lease and during a hurricane while we were out of town! We saved the video as we will end up suing them for so many issues. Their agents are unqualified and terrible to work with. Go to zillow or Michael Saunders. The mental stress isnt worth it.
Absolutely one of the worse property management companies we have ever done business with! My husband and I have owned multiple properties all over and have never had such an unpleasant experience as we have had with Jeanette Properties! Very Unprofessional... A complete Bait & Switch operation! Would NOT EVER recommend Jeanette Properties of Sarasota to any one!
I own a home in Sarasota and when I left because of my wife's illness, I worked through Diane Hunter of Jennette Properties. She was very professional and helpful and I was very happy with her work. I recommend the company, and particularly Diane, to any owner looking to rent their house.
