Josee Blais was the best agent! She went above and beyond in every regard, she was exceptionally knowledgeable and went out of her way to assist us in our home purchase. It didn’t stop there! When tragedy struck after we purchased our home and my husband suddenly passed away before we moved into our new home, she was so thoughtful and come to make sure I was ok! Love her to bits and pieces
The only downside to my purchase was being that I was in Windsor at the time, it was my agent that was doing the taking pictures of the home without a real write up as to the downsides to the home. Some of the downsides were quite obvious. Purchasing a home without really being on site for your own evaluation is not a good idea.
My husband and I worked with Susan for our first and second home purchases. Susan explained everything and was very knowledgeable as we were first home buyers. Susan was with us on every step on the way and made us feel like family. We used Jenna for our third purchase and she was also very knowledgeable and made us feel like family. I highly recommend the Jenna Ryan team.
