Jenna is great and very knowledgeable. She has great recommendation as well for exercises/activities to address issues you are having.
Hadn't seen Jenna in years, but I’m so glad I went back. She zeroed in on the muscle knots and worked them out in no time. I haven’t felt this good in months!
Within minutes Jenna knows which part of my body needs attention and attention it gets ! The pre massage questions she asks gives me an opportunity to point out irritated areas. The advice that Jenna provides is spot on and I benefit every time I take that advice home with me. I would highly recommend Jenna as a massage therapist!
