She understood muscles and why i was feeling pain and was able to resolve the issue with one session. Great job.
I was experiencing a lot of pain in the neck and upper back area. Jenna was able to identify and target the problem areas with gentle massage, which helped relax the muscles to give me relief. She explained where the pain was coming from and also provided helpful information for me to use at home.
