I can not say enough about Dr. Jordan. Found this amazing man years ago at Lifetime Medical and just loved him. He is such a well-rounded doctor and great human being. He takes time with you as needed and I never feel rushed. He truly cares about your well-being in it's entirety. Thank you for everything Dr. Jordan!!
Buffalo Medical Group is a very good company, Doctors in Buffalo Medical Group are very nice and professional, but those receptionists are very unprofessional, the rudest people I have ever seen in Medical offices or clinics. Especially the Urology and dermatology office receptionists are extremely rude, respectless, and unprofessional. When you call the Urology or Dermatology departments those receptionists will let you feel like you are talking with the Parking ticket office in traffic court.
Had my daughter go to the sleep Dr, did sleep study, showed nothing and they looked no further into why her sleep habits were off. Went to a different Dr not affiliated with BMG, turns out she have insomnia.
Added on 2/16 *** I was recently discharged from the entire dermatology department at BMG by Dr. Jenna O'Neill. Dr. O'Neill felt I was disruptive to the practice and required ongoing medical attention. How ridiculous to even think someone would be discharged from a medical provider because they required ongoing medical attention. During my recent yearly exam on 1/25 I had asked her to examine a specific area of my body and prescribe medication for me that I knew was going to require a prior authorization for approval.
