Didn't want to give any stars. Very unprofessional. Didn't check my joints. Didn't listen to me at all. Her staff is very rude. She's just wants the money. I finally found a much better doctor that listens to me. I found out more about my arthritus from her. I would not recommend Dr. King at all.
She canceled several appointments. I was even in Sioux Falls and walked in and they told me at the desk she canceled my appointment. I drove 60 miles one way. Now I received a letter I'm terminated because I missed it appointment. I have called to cancel my appointments. I was sick and didn't want to spread what I have. I had knee replacement surgery and couldn't walk that far. It's OK for the Doctor to cancel, not the patient. The medication she prescribed doesn't help at all. I do not suggest going there. Worse Doctor ever. Drove up there five times and was told at the desk she wasn't there. Wasted my time and vacation for nothing. She never apologized at all. I wouldn't give her any stars. My hands are getting worse. I decided to go to a new Doctor. And my new doctor has helped me more. And takes the time to listen to me. I agree with the person who said she's a poor doctor. She's all about the money. Avera is the worst place to go. Very greedy people working there. They don't care about the patient.
For me, she has done a good job. She listens and does what a rhuemotologist, some will criticize and always misjudge a person. But who cares , shes one good doctor.
I love Dr King. She takes the time to listen to you. She is kind, courteous and love her sense of humor. I always look forward to her appointments and I live 90 miles away. Shame on the person that doesn't like her because they missed their appointment, that isn’t her fault and it prevents someone else from getting in earlier.Most Doctors do that now.
