Jenn helped us sell our house and was very communicative throughout the process. She made thoughtful suggestions to ensure it was perceived well by potential buyers. Our home was empty ahead of an ice storm and she proactively prepped our house, without us asking, for that storm to reduce the impact of the cold temperatures. In fact, our buyers sent their offer about a week after of the ice storm. We are very grateful for her looking out for our home, especially since we had already moved out of the area.
