Jenn Hart is the best realtor we’ve ever had. She asked “What will make you happy?” and listened to what we replied. Her “getting your house ready” list of tasks was thorough. She provided professional advice about costs and the process and promptly answered all our questions. She recommended service providers and contractors, we used them all and they were excellent. Most importantly, she sold our house in 2 days for more money than we asked. We highly recommend Ms. Hart.
