I saw on Zillow that Jenn Hart had sold a 'fixer upper' in Old Buckingham Forest, in Midlothian, my mom's neighborhood, for a good price. There were no interior pictures, so you know it was bad! So I recommended my mom hire her. I am so glad she did!
