I've had a JennAir built-in 42" refrigerator. I just took the drawers out to clean them - which wasn't easy. It is now impossible to get them back in because the door does not open past 90 degrees. Called customer service - useless as always. This company is horrible to deal with - all they say is "read the manual" and they provide no useful assistance. Do not buy.
Friends, I wish it were possible to give these people ZERO stars. They sell "premium" products but refuse to provide respectable service. I bought a dishwasher that was missing gaskets. They refused to stand behind their product and used every excuse in the book to refuse responsibility or provide service. Their parts department, RepairClinic, is arguably the least customer friendly organization I have dealt with in years. Purchased 3 appliances. All look great but are the least reliable products I've ever purchased. ALL 3 have issues that conveniently fall out of warranty (less than 2 years). Range preheat doesn't work, micro time doesn't keep, and fridge ice maker won't turn off & lights stopped working. I wouldn't expect from appliances this expensive. Crazy
Our dual fuel downdraft range is now a $3,000 brick because a $400 item is not in stock. The front panel, part number W10314421, that controls the oven, does not work and has not since January 2024. The part is not available anywhere in the USA and it is not expected until maybe late December. I have googled the part and all suppliers say it is on back order. Jenn-Air customer service is an absolute joke. Please avoid this company back in January 2023. We bought a induction stove from Jen-Air versus other brands specifically because the guy who sold it to us told us that Jen had good customer service that was 100% wrong. after using the stove, the second time myself personally and babying the pans There was a crack underneath the pan so I called Jenair customer service and they said no problem.
