My wife went in with a specific want, just a protein shake without the meal mix, and was refused service at all. She was, instead, lectured about the need to add 26 grams of carbs to her lunch shake. We like Herbalife, but will never darken the doors of this establishment again. Learn some customer service skills.
Met Rick yesterday, was just passing thru he was very friendly & knowledgeable with the product. Made a great choc. Chunky monkey � shake enjoyed the visit ! �
