Receptionist was rude, was not bending on working with me to make up for her mistake. I had to return to the office to pick up what she forgot to give me before I left the office. Dentist pushed me to have treatment that really wasn’t necessary and not covered by insurance Will not be going back.
They’re super welcoming here which is something I really appreciate because of extreme anxiety that I have with the dentist. They assessed me, gave me their insight and information in a caring and concise manner.
This office is good for cleaning. Seems they are more interested in dental hygiene than actually doing work. I will continue to go for cleaning and get referred out for work.
Since my last review the services have improved greatly. The tech in the office is top notch, the dentist & hygienist are very professional and when my sitter canceled the office was very patience with my toodler who I had to bring to my appt... highly recommend just make sure you confirm your appts via text
