Please remove excellence from your practice. Receptionists are rude, doctors upsell and are also rude, and the location is a dilapidated building with an interior that would have been outdated in 1989.
The front desk is very nice, but I was not satisfied overall with the work done in my mouth. They tried their best, but came short when I was forced to go to another dentist for the same work. I wound up spending so much money to correct a horrible job on my mouth. I’d seek another dentist if you want more professional work done on your mouth.
The lady's at this dental office are amazing. They are very friendly it is a joy and pleasure to be a patient here.
Awful experience! They failed to mention 5 cavities my daughter had. They constantly tried to sell up services for an additional charge… I wasn’t aware that a medical office needed to resort to these gimmicks for revenue. Then they said they would find my daughter an oral surgeon so that she could have a tooth removed and they dropped the ball and never got back in touch with us and in the meantime she was in so much pain. The word “excellence” should be removed from their name.
