I have been seeing Chiropractors for nearly 50 years. I found Dr. Tollen in 1990. He is possibly the best chiropractor I have ever had treat me. Today I decided I can no longer use his services because he no longer follows the ethic of "first do no harm." How? By forcing people to ware a facemask when he knows the harm they cause. If he doesn't know the harm they cause the that makes him incompetent. Either way I am done with Mr. Tollen.
