I had a disappointing experience at Jenkins & Wynne. I was assured over the phone that I could complete all paperwork and take my car home in one trip, only to arrive and be told otherwise—wasting 1.5 hours of driving and requiring my husband and me to take additional time off work. The staff was not well-trained, unable to answer basic questions, and responded condescendingly when I asked for clarification.
