BLUF: Staff were personable, professional, relatable, and efficient. This was one of most pleasant vehicle purchasing experiences I've had in 20 years. Sales staff were not pushy, they provided information and options making sure they got me exactly what I wanted and the products needed to keep my vehicle in "like new" condition for years to come. The sales team worked quickly to reach a deal we were both satisfied with and communicated well with me every step of the way during the purchase process.
This review is strictly for the Ford Service side. Their manager refused to speak to me about an issue. I had to have some surgery so I wasn’t able to drive for a few weeks. Back to driving my 2025 ford escape had NO heat , today the radiator expunged all the radiator fluid into my engine bay. Cause of no heat, line was NOT burped, didn’t refill my radiator fully!
