My wife and I bought a 2025 Lincoln aviator, it was our first Lincoln. Kenny was extremely helpful and informative, left no details out about the car. Would come back to see Kenny personally. Very polite and responsive. Great with my kids being patient. Give stars all the way around!
Lawrence helped us pick out the best vehicle on the lot with my specifications. He went through the extra options on the vehicle that my current explorer didn't have. He showed me how to use my current points to purchase better car mats for my vehicle, all weather. I want to thank Lawrence for all his help.
Recently purchased a new Lincoln Aviator and would recommend this dealership. Kenny "Big E" Ellington was our salesman and he was able to answer all our questions. The new Lincoln building located on the corner of Lowes Dr. is a very nice facility and it's nice to have a place that handles only Lincoln.
Very nice customer service, went in for an oil change/tire rotation.....service rep, Ms Jennifer informed and explained to me that my membership points was applied towards the service costs. I recommend this dealership that you check it out, shows honest and transparency work.....I will see you next oil change
Fast oil change and tire rotation. The service clerk was polite, and knowledgeable about the task at hand, but was a little pushy trying to sell me the "extra" cleaners and gadgets.
