When an unfortunate event led to water under a part of our wood floor, our insurance company sent Jenkins Restoration to us. George was fabulous from beginning to end. He let us know when he was coming, he showed up on time, he worked every minute he was here. He explained what needed to be done, showed me what he was doing and why, and asked my preference when there was a choice of this or that. Had the unfortunate luck of having lightning strike my home and catching the attic on fire. then the fire department dumped 20,000 gallons of water in through the attic which resulted in a total loss. I had the fortunate luck of getting recommended to use Jenkins Restoration and working with Bud.
