The project manager NESTOR NAVIDAD assigned to my case was consistently unresponsive, difficult to reach, and dismissive when I did manage to get in touch. Had an unfortunate water damage to one of my bedrooms and bath ,Steven showed up promptly @8am ,removed all the material that was torn out,very professtional good attitude excellent work, Jenkins Restoration has been awesome can't say enough. My wife and I have a leak from our shower for sometime that went unnoticed by us. Once we noticed we call USAA our insurance provider and Jenkins was their "preferred provider" though we were told by USAA that they have had issues with them as well. We had some flooring that need to come up and some dry wall that was cut out of our master bath and master bedroom. SO my wife and I slept on the couch.
