We had Jenkins Restorations help us with water damage in our townhouse, it was a challenge to complete the work as 3 project managers left the company right after they started working with us. At this point, it has been 3 weeks since we are claiming warranty work. Their level of customer service is none existent, make sure you DON’T pay for the work until everything is just as you wanted. Lane at Jenkins Restoration was a pleasure to deal with. I had a leak inside my kitchen island which is a very stressful situation. Lane was courteous and thorough and worked in a timely manner. He left things clean and tidy as well. Jenkins is lucky to employ such a fine young man.

Lane was absolutely brilliant & has great communication skills for starters. He offered a detailed explanation of everything he was doing throughout the process. The mitigation job he performed was exceptional & he was a pleasure to work with. I’ve been in sales for 50 plus years & he has a genuine graceful way of dealing with the public.
