I do not recommend Jenkins Restorations or their manager, Christopher, in Columbia, SC. From the beginning, it felt like their main focus was collecting as much money as possible from my insurance claim—not delivering quality work. The repairs were poorly done, and the project was left unfinished. Communication was unprofessional, they walked away from the contract without completing the job or fixing their mistakes. Yosman did a great job with our water mitigation. He was super flexible with scheduling and very respectful. I’d definitely recommend him and Jenkins Restoration if you have any work that needs to be done.
I would have put 0 if that was an option. Terrible job done so far still need more money to make more damage. Not professionally done and no sense of urgency! Still dealing with them unfortunately not for long I believe. I won’t recommend them at all.
Professional and communicative. Kept us informed on every part of our restoration and worked with our schedule. Highly recommend!
