I am dealing with this company since 2024 with the water leak in my house, fast forward my insurance paid them already but the job at my house is not done, my other bathroom is still not working, no word from my contractor. Definitely do not use this company. They are so unprofessional and things are not done in a timely manner, 2 yrs and still not done and no word from them.

I literally called my insurance provider while standing in the water. They recommended Jenkins Restorations. From the moment I called and reached Darrick, there was nothing but reassurance that they had it under control and they would put it all back together. The flooding involved the entire lower floor of our home. The flood remediation folks, Thomas and Miles, took charge of the cleanup and remediation.
