I donot recommend this business for unprofessional and rude staff from the technicians to the office staff and office manager! Not answering phones or returning calls, following up, poor service, incompetent technicians. Very frustrating experience.
Our house flooded on New Year’s Eve (2022 came flooding in), and Jenkins Restorations was the company we chose to mitigate the resulting (awful) damage. They were wonderful. James was our main professional, and he was invested, thorough and personable. After everything had been dried, rugs and drywall had been removed, etc., Jenkins took on our restorations. My team did a wonderful job on my project. Process took quite a bit longer than was told in beginning, however other issues were discovered along the way. Communication was a little slow coming, but in the end, the work was A1!

I'd prefer less than 1 star. The absolute worst. Shoddy work, and piss poor accounting. After 18 months, Jenkins still do not have their accounts resolved although invoices are paid. If months of phone tag and people not showing up, then 18 months after the fact, being hit up for additional funds is your idea of quality be my guest. Run from this company. I sincerely hope they go out of business.
After sustaining water damage in our bathroom, Jenkins immediately responded to our claim. They were highly professional, expertly removed the damaged materials without causing damage to anything else, and had all the proper equipment to handle cleaning out and drying out our bathroom. They explained every detail of what they were going to do and answered all my many questions. Their communication via phone, email, and in person gave me great comfort during a stressful situation. I would highly recommend them again!
Great company. We had mold in our crawlspace and Jenkins provided free inspection. Walked us through each part of the job and always answered every question we had, along the way. Very happy with the end product.
Jenkins Restorations is unprofessional and do not care about the customer! They only care about the MONEY! The contractors they send to your house are rude and have no regard for your home and personal belongings. They charge you for a full job and only do patched work. They do not own up to their errors and try to make the customer pay more money for their mistakes. They lie to the customer and the insurance company attempting to gouge for more money. Hired Jenkins as they were recommended by my insurance carrier following a house fire. 1st they cleared the debris before having authorization resulting in the carrier being unable to investigate. 6 months into the project I still had no windows, due to their delays, then wrong ordering, and then ordering subpar windows. They were being paid for replacement, but they could pocket money by ordering cheaper items.
