Hired Jenkins as they were recommended by my insurance carrier following a house fire. 1st they cleared the debris before having authorization resulting in the carrier being unable to investigate. 6 months into the project I still had no windows, due to their delays, then wrong ordering, and then ordering subpar windows. I had some water damage at my home and called my insurance company on Friday night at 8:36 PM. The insurance company set up an "emergency service" with Jenkins Restorations -- as such, Jenkins Restorations was supposed to call me within 90 minutes, and be at my house within 4 hours.
