Hired Jenkins as they were recommended by my insurance carrier following a house fire. 1st they cleared the debris before having authorization resulting in the carrier being unable to investigate. 6 months into the project I still had no windows, due to their delays, then wrong ordering, and then ordering subpar windows. In business, your reputation is everything. So, when Jenkins Restorations flat out LIED to a customer, the world needs to know about it. I had some water damage at my home and called my insurance company on Friday night at 8:36 PM. The insurance company set up an "emergency service" with Jenkins Restorations -- as such, Jenkins Restorations was supposed to call me within 90 minutes, and be at my house within 4 hours. Jenkins representatives made promises that they did not keep after they were paid. There were final repairs and issues that needed to be addressed. they made appointments that kept being cancelled and remade. This stretched out fore more than a year. At that point, they refused to fix the issues unless we paid them.

All contracted and approved work was completed for this repair nearly 2 years ago. The final repairs and issues that are referred to in this review fell outside of the approved scope of work that Jenkins was paid for. Representatives from Jenkins met with the ********* on multiple occasions to go over this in detail.
