Absolutely unacceptable experience with Jenkins Restoration in Norcross. We completed a job for them on March 25th, and months later, we’re still unpaid. First, we were handed off from Rob (who apparently no longer works there) to Logan. Then we were told to complete a vendor form after the work was done—only to find out we don’t meet their insurance requirements, which were never discussed beforehand. I am having to edit my review from 5-1 stars. Cory Cormacchia was the project manager for my insurance claim. He selected a Contractor, Andreas to handle the subcontracting. Up until a roofing nail penetrated my air conditioning conduit I would've given 5 stars. Those of you with older homes buyer beware because I am being told that conduit should not have been there.
