It makes me very happy to give Jenkins Restoration 5 stars. I had the pleasure of working with Demi and her team. It was a rather overwhelming experience after being displaced due to smoke damage from a neighbors house fire. The one part that was NOT overwhelming was working with Demi. Demi was incredibly easy to work with, great communication, great oversight with her team and just an overall nice person. Customer service and work from team were equally wonderful. I had a water leak resulting in damage to my living room ceiling. The damage was quickly identified, dried, and removed. The service was quick, thorough, and extremely professional.
We had a massive leak in our basement ceiling that dumped +300 gallons of water over about 45 min. Jenkins came out within 3 hours of the disaster and helped us through every step of the restoration process. John, our PM, was so helpful and professional. Thank you!
