I am so thankful we found Jenkins rentals. They set us up with a lovely vacation home for the App State graduation weekend. The Little House on Main in Blowing Rock was perfect. And Jenkins rentals made the whole process seamless. Malia in the office is friendly, welcoming, and available to help with anything that comes up.
We rent the Little House on Main from Jenkins Rentals. We have stayed there 3 times and getting ready to go back. The house is beautiful and the location is beyond perfect. Jenkins has always been helpful and kind with any questions or concerns. They will remain our go to for rentals!
Arrived to a mountain house in February with no heat, no hot water, or the ability to cook. Called the rental company and left a message. Response was fairly quick we were asked to try to reset the heater and call back if it didn't work. Of course it didn't. so the property manager did come out. She confirmed what we already suspected. The gas tank was empty. She did bring us 2 electric heaters and a few bundles of wood for the fireplace. We rented a Chetola property through Jenkins in August, Holly #1. My husband suffered a heart attack while we were on vacation in town and I can’t say enough about Melanie and the owners and how supportive they were. So much so, that we are headed back there in just a few months. With sincere gratitude for your patience and understanding through such a difficult time. I am so grateful to you all. The rental was clean, attractive, well taken care of and in a great location. Thank you.
Jenkins Rentals was professional and friendly on my recent 2 week stay at one of their managed properties. One small issue was handled quickly. I rented another of their properties for next year!
