Beautiful Log Cabins at Jenkins Rentals – We have been renting from Jenkins Rentals for years and have always been happy. They have a great selection of log cabins and vacation properties. The last couple of years we have rented Arbor Den Log Cabin or Four Seasons and have loved them both. Both are located between Boone & Blowing Rock. We can not wait to get back to the mountains again.
Jenkins Doesn't Negotiate - Owners Beware! – I called to rent a vacation house for two weeks. The nightly rate was $225, the weekly rate was $825 (about 52% of the nightly rate). The monthly rate was $1875 ( about 56% of $825 times 4 weeks- $3300). I could only stay two weeks, but did not want to pay $1650 for two weeks when for the cost of ONE more night I could have it for two more weeks.
