Jenkins is by far the best property management I have experienced. Applegate managed the building I was living in prior to Jenkins... once Jenkins took over it was like I was living elsewhere and had a weight off my shoulders. They fixed more things in 3 months than applegate did in 3 years. (the things applegate didn't respond to, which is everything). Jenkins is very receptive to tenants and they take good care of you!
