Last week we had a bathroom emergency at our office. I called Jay and he was able to get out immediately to fix our problem. Jay was extremely professional from the first call through finishing the job. He showed up on time, cleaned up when he was finished and explained what the problem was and how it was corrected. I had Jay come out to fix an ongoing problem I was having and had had a couple other companies come out and they couldn’t figure it out.
