I usually dread going to dealerships because of the hassling that takes place. I came in with very specific criteria for a vehicle purchase and Steve Gallant and sales manager Steve were both very accommodating and ensured my checklist was met! It’s been a pleasant experience with no pressure and no crazy sales tactics. They were upfront and honest throughout the entire process. Definitely go see them for your vehicle purchases!!!
While initially our experience was rocky and wound up satisfactory, after having our vehicle for a few months and coming back for a first service on our brand new vehicle we have, unfortunately, realized that this place is full of money hungry salesman and con artists who really don't care about honesty or customer service. How does a free oil change become $207?
